Biddenden Ortega Dry

Apples and pears initially with a nice malic acid kick. Apple blossom and stone fruits, particularly nectarine on the nose. More body and more interesting than Biddendens other Ortega offering, the Gribble bridge white. Could see this working well with salads that contain chilli, Thai style noodle salads for example or cold seafood starters.
