 A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, this wine has intense aromas of black fruits, forest floor and smoke. The palate has bold fruit flavours of blackberry, plum, raspberry & black cherry, layers of earthy forest floor, smoke & leather, chocolate and vanilla oak - all held together with a strong tannic structure. Fresh acidity will gradually soften out, mellowing to a wonderful richness. Dry of course.
