This crisp, elegant Sauvignon comes from the rolling hills of the Cotes du Tarn in the Gaillac region of south west France. The area is well positioned to take advantage of the oceanic influence of the Atlantic as well as some warmth coming up from the south, often accompanied by the powerful Autan wind, to ensure healthy, ripe grapes.
